Our agents get a lot of notes from clients who appreciate the service they receive.  Below is the text from an email that Kim Willis received from one of the renters she is helping find a home.

Below is a note we received from one of our clients.  We know we have some of the best people working with us at SCHC and it is nice to hear that the people we serve feel the same way.

“Hi Aaron,

I wanted to take a few moments to write a note to you to express my sincere thanks and satisfaction with the service I have recently received from Ralphetta Bailey and SC Home Corp.

In early 2011, I needed to sell a house located in Ware Shoals, SC, which is an hour south of Greenville.  I contacted your office after hearing your advertisement on the WORD 106.3 radio station.  I spoke with Ralphetta and was immediately impressed with her knowledge and approach to selling real estate.  She agreed to meet me at the house even considering the distance from your office.  After our initial conversation, and based upon her sincerity and confidence, I knew she was the right realtor to work with and I entered into a contract with her to sell the house.  She worked aggressively to find a potential buyer and was always eager to show the house whenever possible.  Additionally, she listened to suggestions I made along the way and offered suggestions to me on how to make the house better or more prepared for the sale.  Unfortunately, after 10 months, no buyer had been found and I made the decision to attempt to find a realtor and utilize SC Home Corp’s service of finding a good tenant.  When I expressed my desire to go that route, Ralphetta immediately (and without argument) agreed to help and even volunteered to show the house since it was outside the normal distance for the folks on the rental side.  After about a month, she found a tenant and the house is now rented and occupied.  I am greatly impressed by the willingness of Ralphetta to help us find a renter even though her income would be negatively affected since there would be no sale.  Further to consider that she agreed to drive an hour to show the house to potential renters while knowing she would not see immediate income is even more impressive.  I have worked with many realtors over the years and have never found any as good as Ralphetta!  I will definitely recommend her to anyone I talk to in the future.
