SCHC annouces its 2012 Training Schedule. One of SCHC leadership’s core beliefs regarding SCHC staff is the ”the more you know and the more confident you are about what you know, the better your chance for success.”
The 2012 SCHC Training Schedule is designed to offer valuable training to experienced as well and inexperienced agents and covers a wide variety of topics including:

- Understanding seller and buyer closing estimates and statements
- Pricing analysis, current market trends
- Social networking
- And more!
Classes will be held two times a month at regularly scheduled times and will be taught by SCHC officers and staff as well as professionals outside SCHC.
