SCHC completes development of new database technology designed to help SCHC Sales Agents and their clients. The technology, which is web-based, allows SCHC Sales Agents to use a common database and features. In addition, the database offers a sales management tool that helps SCHC Sales Agents identify which part of the sales process their client is in. SCHC Sales Manager is able to review the Sales Agents’ entries in the system and provide guidance on how to best help the client. Mark Dutch, SCHC President, says of the technology, “This new technology serves as a sales management tool, but also makes sure that as we grow, we don’t let our clients and potential clients fall through the cracks. Ultimately, our database will help us serve our clients better.”
