“I want the best price I can get in the shortest time!”

When our agents speak with motivated homesellers, the “best price in the shortest time” goal is always identified as a top desire of the seller. As you can imagine, with the real estate market the way it is right now, this goal is not only a top desire but has become critically important for many sellers.

The goal to get the best price in the shortest time is nothing new. I understand this.  What is important is that each of our homesellers that want the best price in the shortest time looks to us (their agents) to help them achieve this goal.

As a side note, sellers don’t necessarily care that we as agents have a lot of experience and a lot of sales if we are not successful with their specific sale. To the seller, getting his specific home sold is all that matters.

So, how can we consistently help our sellers get the best price in the shortest time? The answer is simple. We as agents need to be able to help them make good decisions.

Let’s break the home sale process down to the most basic steps…

1)     Get some motivated buyers to come look at your home

2)     Get at least one of those buyers to “fall in love” with your home

That’s it. If the homeseller accomplishes these two things, he will probably get his sale closed.

I’ve found that the best way to help our sellers make good decisions as they work to accomplish these steps is to follow a plan. Each sale is obviously different (the age of the home, the personalities involved, and the real estate market at the specific time, among other factors, create differences that need to be taken into consideration). But, to have a plan that gives our sellers a point of reference no matter what the circumstance is critical.

HomeSOLDin60TM gives our seller clients the plan and the point of reference to make good decisions throughout their sale process. I created HomeSOLDin60TM 9 years ago and have been using it ever since. It continues to work even as the market changes. The process is simple and helps the seller focus on the controllable aspects of their home sale.   Using the HomeSOLDin60 TM process, I have personally helped hundreds of sellers get their best price in the shortest time.

Our agents are confident in the HomeSOLDin60TM process. We offer a guarantee related to the results if the process is followed.

“You got the home sold for us in less than 60 days, obviously 1 week. We were able to sell a home, close, buy another home, close all in two months and that’s it. We have changed our lifestyle drastically in such a short time, and for your help and effort we are thankful.”
